Mellor Auto Electrical was first established in 1979 specializing in auto electrical / night heater repairs on boats, cars and commercial trucks building up an extensive long established client list based on friendly, professional and reliable service to meet all vehicles and car electrics needs across the board, in 2008 they started selling night heater spare parts online, and in 2009 approached Mysterons Web Design to develop a new e-commerce system to allow them to expand their online retail offering.
At the start of this year we were faced with the shock and horror of our previous web designer going bankrupt due to unknown circumstances, so we found ourselves in a precarious situation, at this point we weren’t feeling very optimistic about the whole concept of trying to run an online shop. In March this year I looked around the internet and came across a website called approved index which submits your details to Web Design companies, and then a company contacts you back with a quote. I was contacted by Mysterons Web Design and straight away I found them to be very professional, their advice was invaluable. They came up with some excellent ideas for our company tailored to suit our needs and at a competitive price, from start to finish Mysterons had our E-Commerce website up and running in just over a month which was phenomenal. Mysterons worked with me very closely though out the whole project and any problems they were just a phone call away, their knowledge about web design was exceptional, their diligence, and flexibility thoughout the whole project has been second to none, since the website went live our online sales have gone up by 50%. I feel that I have built a professional rapport with the team at Mysterons, they have been a great asset to our company, after the problems which we had at the start of the year I now feel triumphant thanks to Mysterons, I would recommend Mysterons Web Design without hesitation, I’m looking forward to continuing working with them in the future as our business grows thanks to the success of our new website.
